Process
Our process includes translation and a quality assurance check by certified linguists. All materials must then pass a final quality assessment test.
Each project is assigned to a senior project manager who supervises the following process:

Securely upload your document and you’ll be given a free estimate. You can also contact us in via email or telephone, if you prefer.
Selection of Translation Team
The team assigned to you depends on their experience and area of expertise. All of our translators are native speakers in the target language. For documents that require industry-specific terminology we rely on translators who are familiar with the particular terms used. If necessary, we’ll work closely with client representatives to ensure that the translation is done in accordance with the client’s preferred terminology.
Quality Assurance Check
A translator, proofreader and content manager will carefully review each document once complete. In addition, these individuals will have access to all of our in-house resources for consultation.
This will allow us to deliver accurate translations with fast turnaround times.
